Do you only teach SEND specific classes? 

No, we have a very wide swimming curriculum including:

Swim England stage 1-6 classes

One to one lessons

Adult swimming lessons 

Parent and child classes

What do the swimmers need to wear?

Please arrive in your swim wear under your clothes and bring a towel and goggles if you wish. There are a small number of changing rooms if you need to change before and showers and change cubicles for after the lessons.

How long are the lessons?

They are 30 minutes long. Adult lessons are 45 minutes.

How do I pay?

Invoices are sent out 2 weeks before the end of the month for the next month’s lessons. 

Invoices cover a month’s worth of lessons and payment is taken via Go Cardless, our direct debit system, on the 1st of the month.

Is there a trial lesson?

We always charge the first lesson as a one off payment. If the session goes well, you will move to monthly payments. 

How much are the sessions?

This depends on the class and ratio. Class prices will be sent when enquiring about specific classes. Our lessons are all kept small, between 3-6 children per group to ensure great progress and individual feedback. They start at £11.99. 

Do you teach at any other pools?

We only teach at our pool in Castlethorpe.

Do you hire your pool out?

We do hire our pool out for parties, family swims and to specific professionals. Please email;

Where do I park?

There are marked parking spaces for our swimmers and families, number 42. If these are full, please park in the visitors bays or the overflow car park across the pond. Video is sent to all parents in your welcome email to help on your first visit.

If my child is ill, or I am late for a session, will I still have to pay?

Unfortunately yes, all lessons are chargeable in the month you have paid for as each place is carefully crafted for your child and therefore, we don’t fill the space you miss. More details can be found in our Ts and Cs. 

Will my child earn certificates and badges?

Absolutely!

We believe in positively rewarding all progress in the water and are usually awarded termly at a minimum. 

Do you accept short breaks vouchers?

Yes we do. We ask that we receive them 2 weeks before the next month in a sealed and named envelope.

Do you have toilets, changing, and showers?

Yes we do!

How many adults can accompany the swimmer? 

We ask for 1 parent per swimmer please. 

Can I bring siblings?

Yes you can, but siblings need to be accompanied at all times.
